Description

With the increase in fiber recycling times, the average fiber length decreases, and the drainage performance consequently declines. For the paper and board making process, improving the drainage performance of pulp is particularly important. Retention and drainage aids can enhance the dewatering performance during the gravity drainage stage of pulp. However, due to the negative impact of fiber flocculation on production, they often fail to achieve the desired effect.

Bio-enzymes can selectively hydrolyze the fine fibers in recycled pulp, increasing the proportion of long fibers and thereby improving the drainage performance of the pulp.

Storage

To ensure extend shelf life, store at cool and dry places in a sealed container. Avoid direct sunlight. Seal container after opening and avoid contamination. Enzyme activity is stable for at least 6 months after opening.
